Welcome to Evergreen Farms Homeowners Association, a subdivision located in Fairview Township near Erie, PA.

The HOA is responsible for the administration and management of Evergreen Farms. The Board of Directors is responsible for preparing an annual budget, contracting for services (e.g., landscaping, maintenance, etc.), and enforcing the Covenants, By-laws, and Rules & Regulations.
